How long does my order take to ship?

Shipping should take between 1-2 weeks. For now there is no extra cost for rural deliveries.

Do you offer international shipping? 

No international shipping is not available.

What is your return policy? 

Returns must be notified in writing within the first 2-3 days of receiving the tubers. Due to the potential for tubers to rot or shrivel once you receive your tuber caring for them is up to you. We take every measure to safe guard against gall and our tubers have been New Zealand grown for at least 3 years, if your soil is contaminated or there is another nearby diseased plant this can spread to your new tubers therefor we cannot take responsibility for diseased stock.
